The equipment can allow the student to perform movements they may not be able to achieve unassisted, allowing them to feel the necessary engagements, while in a safe supported environment.
This class teaches traditional reformer movements with a twist. The pace may be quicker and movements may become more involved, or simply more difficult. Often small equipment like toning balls or fitness circles adds to the challenge of the routines. This is a fun and challenging workout for the individual who knows their way around a reformer.
Enjoy an opportunity to use the different equipment in the studio. This class makes use of multiple apparatus, per session. Participants perform a focused 18-minute workout on each piece of equipment and then move to the next piece in the circuit. It’s Fun and challenging.
This is an energetic, cardio-based reformer class. Traditional reformer movements are transformed into cardiovascular exercises with the addition of the jump board or Cardio Tramp. The goal is to keep your heart and respiration rates up while strengthening your core, your legs and upper body and adding to the variety and challenge of your workout.
